How do I book an inspection?
Booking is simple. Fill out the booking form on this page with your details, the vehicle’s location, and your preferred date and time. Our team will confirm your booking and match you with an available inspector in your area.
Where do you carry out inspections?
We come to the vehicle — wherever it is. Whether it’s at a dealership, a private seller’s home, or a car yard, our inspectors travel to the vehicle’s location across NSW and QLD including Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
What do I need to have ready before the inspection?
You just need to provide the vehicle’s location and the seller’s contact details so we can arrange access. We handle everything from there. You do not need to be present at the inspection, though you are welcome to be.
How much notice do I need to give?
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. For Platinum package customers, we offer a 36-hour priority booking guarantee in Sydney.
How long does an inspection take?
Most inspections take between one and two hours depending on the package and the vehicle. We allocate a full two hours between each appointment so your inspector is never rushed.
When will I receive my report?
Your comprehensive inspection report is delivered the same day, as soon as the inspection is complete. Your inspector will also give you a personal call to walk you through the findings so you leave with answers, not just a document.
